Terms of use

1. The service

Fuse Capital LLC provides photo-and-caption games and tools for collecting memories with invited people. Pass-the-phone mode takes turns on one shared device; it does not collect replies from remote devices. Core features are free during early access. Optional Gift PDF Finish is governed by its purchase terms and checkout screen; no payment is accepted while payments are marked as being prepared. Printed-book sales and scheduled message delivery are not available.

Friends groups collect photos, captions and votes from different devices and save results and book selections. Free beta limits are three owned groups, twenty members and thirty photos per group, and three captions per member per photo. Book previews and viewing files are not production-ready print files. Printed specifications and prices are not final.

A photo uploader may create an individual public link after confirming consent. Anyone with that link can view and comment without registration. Photos without an enabled public link and captions written inside the group remain private. Public comments may include a chosen name or be anonymous. Each link allows up to 100 comments and abuse-prevention rate limits apply.

2. Accounts and invitations

Keep your account and sign-in details secure. Minors should have a guardian’s consent. Membership invitations and contribution-only question links grant different permissions. Send a personal question link to one intended recipient.

Owners review content and decide whom to share it with. Contributor names and relationships are self-reported; they are not identity verification by the service.

3. Contributions

Submit only text and photos you have the right to share. Respect privacy, copyright and the rights of people depicted or mentioned, and confirm the audience and purpose. For children’s photos and records, consider a guardian’s agreement and the child’s wishes.

Impersonation, rights violations, harassment, illegal content, unwanted solicitation, unauthorized access and interference with the service are prohibited. When action is necessary, we may review the situation and restrict sharing or service access.

4. Rights and permitted use

Rights in text and photos remain with their rights holders and do not transfer to us. You permit the limited storage, copying, image resizing, display to approved audiences and user-requested viewing PDF and ZIP exports needed to provide the service.

This permission does not authorize advertising, marketing examples or AI training using private records. We will explain other uses and obtain any required consent in advance.

5. Copies and ending use

Owners can download originals individually, export a person’s photos and text as ZIP files, and create viewing PDFs. Self-service account closure and deletion are not yet available; contact us for these requests. We review other people’s contributions and rights before explaining the scope of deletion or transfer.

We do not guarantee a fixed storage period, permanent storage or complete freedom from outages. Keep your own important originals too. Our policy is to give advance notice and retrieval instructions if the service closes.

6. Changes, outages and responsibility

Features may change or be interrupted for improvements or maintenance. We provide advance notice of important changes where possible. We remain responsible as required by law; these terms do not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Contact and updates
